Searching in the Index and Found List
The index and found lists contain a search box near the top of the window. By typing a name into the search box and pressing the Return key, you can quickly search for people in the list.
When typing names into the search box, use the format: LastName, FirstName.
It's not necessary to type complete names. You could, for example, search for Leroy Brown by typing: "br, le" into the search box and pressing the Return key.
Updating The List As You TypeIf you prefer, the list can be updated in real time ó as you type letters into the search box, the list will immediately update, without having to press the Return key. To set this option...
