I entered/changed information in my family file, but the changes didn't save.
The problem likely deals with your OS X Ownership & Permissions settings. This is what you can do...
- Close your family file (if it's open).
- Using your Finder, locate the file on your hard drive.
- Drag the file to your Documents folder.
- Try to add or change the information again. The changes should now be saved.
